NEW digital color illustration of the BEE

Bee Butt.

I timed myself on this one last Friday… took me an hour in Photoshop.

I had just finished up about 12 rubber stamp icons for a client in b&w and wanted to just paint something quick.

"Frog Hat" a new digital painting...

In an attempt to get faster at painting digitally, I simplified my technique for this one and it only took me a little over an hour to do. I'll be doing more of them soon for practice and I'll post them here.

New Digital Painting: "Dale Arden"...

I just finished this last week. It's the third in the Flash Gordon series.

"Flash Gordon"… NEW digital painting!

Part two of 3 paintings in this series. The first one was Ming the Merciless. Next up is "Dale Arden" the female lead.

New color digital painting...

This is about a female runner who feels consumed with quilt about not checking her media devices when she's out running.

Couldn't decide which one made the point best but now I'm thinking that the one without the lower left cell phones works better.

New Pencil drawing… "High Hopes"

I was taking a break from the digital painting I was working on and needed to let loose a bit, so I came up with this crazy concept.

New Digital Painting: The Midgets!

I may be doing a sequel to this one. They are from another planet but they don't wear space suits. I've got a sketch of them inside their space craft checking out a globe of the earth.

Brand new Digital painting "Propel"

I wanted to paint lip this little guy before I went on to the next scene.

What's with the bites out of his tail? No wonder he's not happy.

New Digital painting! "Alicia's Adventure"

I'm hoping to work on the story for this soon,… after finishing the current picture book dummy.

Latest Digital painting… "On the way to the Teapot"

This painting goes along side the Teapot painting.

Brand new digital painting!

One of the latest paintings… the Teapot house. The door, which fits in the empty space is an overlay on another illustration.

New Digital painting...

This is "Scared Cat"… and why wouldn't he be. It seems as though he's been launched into space without a suit or ship. One of his many adventures!

Color version of "Babe Afloat"

Testing the waters with some new techniques for digital painting this year. This is the first one. Let me know what you think.

A scary world for Halloween week!
